As Chairman, Diane has responsibility for the communication platform to the Executive Board. She has 25 years of business leadership experience. Her focus on commercializing innovative products that exceed the unmet needs of customers has defined new markets with high growth potential.

 Rich Bares, Executive Vice President Sales, Marketing and Service |
Rich leads the Sales, Marketing and Technical Services group. He is responsible for developing and delivering the Sales & Marketing objectives and plans. Rich brings to Riverain expertise in business management, his clinical experience, industry knowledge as well as long term customer relationships that have been built over 2 1/2 decades. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical imaging and medical software industry with companies that include GE Healthcare, Toshiba Medical Systems, ISG Technologies, WebLink Medical, Emageon, Agfa Healthcare and most recently at Acuitec.  David House, Chief Financial Officer |
David leads the development of the strategic planning process and is responsible for the implementation of the financial budgets in addition to monitoring and reporting financial progress to the investors and the Riverain Leadership Team. He leads the day to day financial responsibilities of the business, is responsible for internal controls and financial stewardship and also has responsibility for Information Technology and Operations Production groups. He has 20 years of broad financial experience within the consumer packaged goods and OTC drug industries.

 Dick Liette, Director of Human Resources |
Dick is responsible for leading Riverain’s Organization Development efforts, which include recruiting and staffing the organization with competent people; providing guidance and structure to our compensation and benefit programs; assist managers with providing training and development opportunities and to ensure the company has good employee relations programs that will foster teamwork, productivity and employee engagement.  Steve Worrell, Chief Technology Officer

Steve and his team are responsible for executing all aspects of product development, including requirements definition, design, implementation, regulatory strategies and intellectual property development. Steve has over 20 years of experience in computer aided detection research and team leadership in image processing, image compression, image registration and pattern recognition products. Steve has several publications in the field and owns multiple patents related to his area of expertise.
